Hi Team We Run,

The 2 most important things in training? Hydration and sleep šŸ™‚

Because hydration varies so much from runner to runner, it doesnā€™t work very well to follow ā€˜generalā€™ guidelines and for longer events such as ultra marathons, itā€™s essential to replace the right amount of fluid.
