Hi Team We Run,

Checking in on your day-to-day caloric intake:

For myself:

2500 cals/day (male)
100 calories per mile (easy), 30 miles = 3000
125 calories per mile (intensity), 10 miles = 1250
300 calories per strength session x 2 = 600
Running: 4250/7 days = 607 per day
Strength: 600/7 days = 87 per day
Total: 3194 calories per day
Other things to consider:

  • Active job
  • Walking
  • Other exercises

I aim for between 3200 and 3500 calories a day in my current training.
