Hi Team We Run,

Here I share some ideas to help you to make the decision whether to skip a run, or not đź¤”

- Are you injured?
- Are you ill?
- What are your goals?
- Phase of training
- Load over the last 7 days
- Load in the next 7 days
- How you expect to feel and how do you need to feel
- Hydration and fuelling status
- Sleep status
- How many runs a week do you do?

Consider the following
- Do the run
- Test run
- Over fuel (gel on a shorter easy run)
- Do the run at another time (another day, later in the day)
- Add some of the volume into other runs
- Skip the run
- Change your training block
